Bridget Walford
I have worked for 6 years as a counsellor to Health Care Professionals in the
Occupational Health Department at one of the largest NHS and Private hospitals
in the area,
working with individuals and groups and in private practice.
My model is Humanistic and Solution Focused Therapy and I work in a dynamic
and interactive fashion encouraging the client to maximise the benefit from
each session. Having been in Senior Management for many years, I undertake
to work with my clients to find POSITIVE solutions at
times when they may be
struggling to perform to their full potential whilst battling against a debilitating
professional or personal crisis.

Diploma in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Certificate in Counselling Theory,

Stefan Kelly
I have worked for more than 10 years in managing and delivering
welfare and guidance services within the Higher Education sector. Having
qualified in
2001, I have since been in independent private practice and have experienced
clients with a range of issues including relationships, redundancy, sexual
identity and depression.
My approach comes from a humanistic orientation and is about gaining insight
into the meaning of deeper feelings. The aim of this exploration is to seek
resolution to present distress and anxiety.
I have also trained in Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Life Coaching which
enables me to offer a more solution and goal oriented approach for those
of my clients who wish it.
