We have seen them gain fresh and new perspectives on personal or work relationships, rediscover their own sense of self worth and esteem, gain insight to why they behaved as they did as well as identify their own strengths, resources and uniqueness.

So who are we? We are an independent private practice based in Godalming town centre. We are experienced, professionally qualified therapists and are passionate about encouraging others to uncover their own solutions and be open to a future of possibilities. We have been able to achieve this with our clients by blending techniques of longer established psychotherapy models with those of more recently evolved solution and goal oriented approaches.

What defines Godalming Therapy Practice? We are a practice that focuses entirely on our clients’ needs. Everything that happens is driven by our client whether she is on a journey of longer term self- discovery or whether wishing to achieve life changing goals over a shorter term.

What makes us different? Every one of our clients is unique. How they experience their world is unique. Their view of the future is unique. For these reasons we do not stick with one theoretical therapeutic model. We operate from a philosophical premise of putting the client at the centre of their issue and explore their desire for, and then discover, their capability to change.
